Samuel Rubenstein, DO is a dermatologist at Tru-Skin Dermatology specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. He provides patient-centered, evidence-based care for conditions including skin cancer, acne, rosacea, melasma, hair loss, eczema, psoriasis, infections, and general dermatologic concerns. His procedural interests include skin cancer screening and treatment, excisions, neuromodulators such as Botox®, fillers, and laser procedures.

Originally from South Florida, Dr. Rubenstein completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, earned his medical degree from Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed dermatology residency at Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs Campus in Hialeah, Florida. He is proud to care for patients in the Austin and Round Rock communities. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, playing guitar, live music, sports, fitness classes, and spending time with his wife, family, friends, and two cats.
